Regularity:
Go to bed at the same time, wake up at the same time, no matter whether it’s a weekday or the weekend. Regularity is king.
Keep It Cool:
Your body needs to drop it’s core temperature by about 2 or 3 degrees Fahrenheit to fall asleep and then to stay asleep. Aim for a bedroom temperature around 67-68 degrees, which has been found to be optimal for the sleep of most people.
