It depends on what works best for you! If counting calories works better for you than time restricted eating, then count calories. There are a bunch of proven methods that work for weight loss, but you should try to pick a method that allows you to stick to it over a long period of time.


You will have to put yourself in some sort of restriction, but it is up to you to pick the type of restriction that is optimal for you.
