What Yoga Does To Your Body and Brain


Just like most things in life, everyone seems to have a different opinion about what yoga is and why a person should or should not do it. Yoga has been shown to improve flexibility and fitness in healthy populations. Stretching in a relaxed state can also stimulate the production of stem cells. I usually feel very refreshed and relaxed after completing most yoga sessions, and I recommend trying the yoga practice yourself before saying it’s not for you.
