The goal is not to be shredded like the fitness models on the front of magazines. The goal is to live a happy and fulfilling life. If you could take a pill that would help you live a longer, happier life, would you take it? Well lucky this “pill” is called exercise. This TEDxTalk is SO important for people to hear. Exercise can definitely make us feel happier in the short term, and if continued regularly, improve our mood and happiness over the long-term as well. A large number of people in our current society are searching helplessly for the magic pill that will make us all healthy and happy, but that magic pill is staring us straight in the face and is as easy as going for a walk or doing a 15 minute HIIT workout.
